Green Homestay Ngọc Hà I had a great stay at Green Homestay on Ngọc Hà Street, just a few minutes from the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh Museum, and the Botanical Gardens. The location was very convenient and easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Good prices, the wifi is working very well in every floor of the homestay. The dormitories are perfectly fine, with lockers under the beds that you can use by asking the key to the owner. If you want to work, you can stay in your bed, otherwise you have a small table in the dormitory downstairs, or another table in the common kitchen in the first floor. It is not so big so not more than 2-3 people can work in the same time, but that’s ok. But the best thing for me was the possibility to rent a bicycle in the homestay, for 50.000 VND/day ! You also have motorcycles for rental, which costs 120.000-150.000 VND/day. If you are kind and pay on time the owner, Mr. Tù, he will become a great friend 🙂

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are basic but good. Internet 7/10, it's enough for an online meeting. Location is great, close enough to the main areas but away from the busyness and noise. Good place to make friends also. Overall great value for money.

Stayed in one room for two nights and then another room for one (extended for one night and had to move up). The first room (on the 3rd floor) was good, the AC was working just fine. Big bathroom.

Such a cute room with good air con and additional fans provided. Building has real character, and it's in a nice area to wonder around or grab a ride into central Hanoi. We only stayed 2 nights but would happily have stayed longer.

Staf very friendly near old quarter... hochiminh musuem, one pilar pagoda. Homestay location safe cheap prince, many restaurant local food i will come back next time and recomend my friend stay at green homestay

This is in a quiet place near botanical garden and the lake. Cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Room is clean and comfortable. There is a kettle and washing machine.

The owners are friendly and easy to talk to. Bathrooms are clean and there is a kitchen and laundry machine available. The best thing was the good bakery nearby, you should check it out. Also there are good walking areas around the small lakes nearby, which are a bit calmer than the rest of the city.

Best place to stay on a budget in Hanoi. Beautiful room, great view and the people who runs the homestay are amazing, so kind and wonderful. Price is really worth it and you can experience to stay with a local Vietnamese family. Thank you!

Very good value. So happy to have a free washing machine and space to store our bicycles. The homestay has a lot of character, with many nice communal areas and inventive use of space.
